How much is shipping to my country?

Getting a shipping quote is simple. As you’re shopping, add the items you want to your cart, then proceed to checkout.  After you’ve entered your info, a shipping quote will be generated before you’re asked to pay.

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. During sales or holidays, this can increase to 5 business days.

All custom orders vary for shipping. It depends on what you order and the quantity you select. Custom orders are made to order, so you will be contacted with final details of how long it will take to create your order and ship it.

  • If your shipping address is outside the United States, mail delivery can take up to 10 business days. This is standard for most packages shipped to addresses outside the U.S.

 

What about my tracking info?

Allow at least 24 hours for tracking info to update. You will receive an email when your order is shipped but your tracking info will not update until it’s scanned and received by the shipping carrier.

 

I saw some items on Instagram that I want to buy, but I can’t find it in your shop.

If you find something on a social site that no longer has a page on our website, it’s most likely sold out indefinitely. Most of our items are one of a kind and only a few exist in its nature.

If a product is still listed on our site but has a sold out button, it will most likely be restocked.

 

What if I need to return/exchange an item?

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a merchandise credit is requested. Purchases are refunded with the original form of payment. Purchases made with credit or debit cards will be refunded to the original card.

Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear. Undergarment, Swimwear bottoms and Beauty products are Final Sale for hygienic reasons. Any defective items will receive store credit and/or be promptly replaced.
