Now Hiring: Marketing & Paid Media Coordinator
Marketing & paid media is your zone of genius. You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’re committed to using your strong technical skills to build evergreen and seasonal advertising campaigns.
You will be responsible for building our ad campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, and YouTube. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the team, including documenting run dates, budgets, and audiences, as well as building the campaigns in the Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. You’ll also be responsible for pulling stats on a routine basis so that decisions can be made to optimize performance for live campaigns.
You have clear examples of projects you’ve worked on that have 3x 5x or 10x, revenue, leads, or other marketing metrics. You have experience scaling evergreen funnels in the personal development industry. You are also confident in building landing pages, ads, and other marketing materials. You are also well versed in lead building with cold audiences and increasing engagement with our loyal community.

- You’re well versed in building paid campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube advertising, and you understand how to create and QA audiences within those platforms
- You have a strong aptitude for digital marketing strategies and are addicted to learning and growing in this area
- You thrive in a dynamic, always-changing work environment and can easily juggle a diverse range of priorities to align with business needs
- You are creative and think outside of the box
- You are tech-savvy and have experience with multiple tech platforms, including Asana, GSuite, Slack, Dropbox, etc.
- You have worked in a remote team previously

- You are emotionally intelligent, self-aware and up for the challenge of rapid personal growth as the role continues to evolve and grow

Non-negotiables
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- 2+ years working in the personal development field
- 2+ years of your own personal development (i.e: therapy, coaching, counseling etc.)
- Experience (and proven results – please send examples) with building ad campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, and YouTube
- Examples of 3x, 4x, 5x increase in revenue with previous roles
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- A curious, efficient, and solution-oriented mindset
- Examples of accounts you’ve managed in the past with metrics from the personal development field
